If you wish to return or exchange the product(s), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.
In the event that the product is not in the same condition as the shipment, the exchange will not be accepted and no refunds will be made.
In case of dissatisfaction with the product(s), contact us in writing (Email, Facebook, Instagram) or by phone to change your order. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
However, if the product(s) is/are defective or the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to make an exchange. In this case you do not bear the shipping costs.
In order to make changes and returns, the product must not have been worn or damaged. It is sent in its original packaging with everything it contains (tag, protectors, bubble wrap, receipt/invoice). The exchange/return process is done in the same way as the collection process or by sending from a store of the cooperating courier.
No changes/returns are accepted on products that have been resized.
Exchanges and returns are not made on promotional products.
